R E T U R N S AND CANCELATION
The order amount will be refunded using the same payment method that you used to pay for your order.
A distinction is made between cancellation within 14 days and a complaint (defective, wrong product).
To return / cancel a product, please follow these simple steps:
- You can start a return by accessing your personal account.
- You can cancel within 14 days. The form for this is available under Right of Cancellation.

Please note that steps 1-3 below are not mandatory for the effective exercise of the right of cancellation:
- Make sure that the product is securely packaged. You can reuse the bubble wrap from the original packaging.
- Include the cancellation form, return slip, or a short cover letter with your name, address, order number, and reason for the return.
- Address the package to the correct return address.

Once the form is filled out, you will automatically receive a cancellation form/return slip to send with the item. Under "My account" order status, you can print a return slip and have an overview of your return.
